Shame, very polite on the phone and in person but always seem understaffed and rushed, not what you are looking for when dealing with property. Courteous enough but victims of their own success, too many properties and not enough staff to cope with the demand. It looses the personal touch and leaves you feeling a bit let down. Lots of room for improvement.
I dont normally post negative reviews however in this case I am making an exception. Whilst dealing with the Pocklington branch we had a very poor experience. Extremely rude disrespectful staff (Leanne and 1 other person in particular). Because of their incompetence we are left in an extremely distressing situation whereby we may be homeless in 3 weeks time having given notice on their advice and confirmation of landlord wanting to proceed. They are now denying these conversations took place. Staff made unprofessional comments, accused us od not returning documents on time despite us having email evidence stating when I would be dropping them off and acknowledgemnt thanking me for the updates. If I could give a negative score or zero I would. My advice is to go somewhere else!
Would not use this agent if they were last in the world. Staff so up their own arses. Need customer relations training.....
