Jaw dropping new medical centre, like "Emerald City". Sadly however, due to funding restrictions the services are often grindingly disappointing & difficult to access. One feels that anything worse than a chilblain has to be referred to Castle Hill Hospital or Hull Royal Infirmary. Thus expectations badly dashed. Sic gloria transit Mundi !A bright spark is the attachment of Cohen's pharmacy, which is very welcome & offers an excellent service, albeit another 10 minutes further from Boots in the High Street.
Very slow getting on phone and constantly changing doctors
Not very happy with this practice at all. Gone are the days of getting a doctor's appointment. Spend 6 hours on hold to be told then to make an appointment online wait for a reply to be told your not getting one. Terrible terrible service to the community. And who's the woman that answers your call that decides if you get to the doctors. What makes you think I want to discuss personal things with someone who isn't my doctor. Rubbish!!!!
Well thought out design. Great service. Easy access. On-site pharmacy. Good parking.
