EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH!I arranged a chipped windscreen repair with Nationwide Windscreens, that was arranged at very short notice. They were able to send a fitter within 24 hours of me calling and he was able to come straight to my home which worked well for me.I was called 15 minutes before the appointment to make sure I was at home before they came, and the fitter then arrived bang on time.Craig was friendly, polite, and efficient. He explained how it worked and what he was doing so I understood how the repair was done and it was done superbly!I have been very impressed with the service from Gary, Colin and the team as a whole, from the moment I called to arrange the appointment to the moment Craig left my home, they were polite, professional and helpful. Having heard from friends who have had very poor experiences, with other National "Well Known" brands, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. They are a family run business rather than a large faceless corporation that means they actually care about the service they provide and their customers. the 1 Star rating must be an error as it is not at all deserved. I simply wouldn't ever use anyone other than these guys and cannot recommend them highly enough! Thanks Nationwide!
After being let down by another company, I was thrilled by the service provided by Nationwide Windscreens (York). Colin called me to arrange the details of my appointment, and he was so helpful over the phone. The appointment was made for 48 hours later, however I received a call the next day to say that the Technician was free & could get to me a day earlier than planned. Craig arrived within the hour & I was driving my car again 2 hours later. Efficient, pleasant professional & helpful. I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you so much. A welcome change to the first company that I approached, who said I would have a 17 day wait until they could repair my car. Very quick service, came to my home address, fixed windscreen very quickly. 24 hour service. Honest repair man, arrived when they said they would, left no mess. Can hardly see where the chip was. Dealt with all the insurance paperwork for me. Thank you!
