I've stayed at the Londesborough Arms a few times while visiting family. It works perfectly on its own terms. Rooms are spacious and characterful. Staff are friendly and helpful but don't expect 24 hour concierge service! Bar is pleasant, a typical pub/hotel bar, but doesn't cause intrusive noise. Tea tray is well stocked and everything is as clean as you could want. Wifi is easy and quick. Just a good no fuss place to stay ... but I'd stay more often if it was a bit cheaper!
Other than the wifi connection, fine place. The wifi was NOT reliable.(The staff and the breakfast was very good)
